If you or a young person you care for is in need of a counsellor, we are here to help. Serving children, youth, and their caregivers in the Region of Peel.

Eligibility and Request Process:

  • Children and youth under 18, as well as parents and caregivers, are eligible.
  • Youth age 12 and over can request a session independently.
  • Caregivers can request sessions for children and youth under 16.
  • Parents and caregivers can attend appointments on their own to receive general parenting recommendations to support their child but we encourage youth over 7 to join whenever possible to share what help they would like to get from the appointment.

Consultation Details:

  • Sessions available 10am until 8pm Mon-Thurs, 10am-5pm Fridays.
  • Services are offered in English or French, but accommodations can be made for service in any language via an interpreter service.
  • Pre-booking required, same-day appointments often available.
  • Consultations by phone, video, or in-person.

Our services are free, confidential, and voluntary. Exceptions to confidentiality apply for at-risk individuals under 16, and any individual at risk of harm to themselves or others.
